Orders may be placed directly with Rosnol (Seller) sales department, or with local sales representatives.An Order Acknowledgement will be sent by email or faxed from Rosnol to confirm the acceptance of the order.

Net 30 days upon credit approval, 2% discount for payments received within 10 days of the date of the invoice. Prepayment may be required. Payment from outside Taiwan will be made by wire transfer in advance before our shipment or other payment mode approved by Rosnol. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted through PayPal.

All prices are Ex-Work Rosnol's factory at Taiwan. Prices quoted are in US dollars and do not include any taxes, freight and insurance. Due to continuing changes in technology, design and manufacturing, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Always confirm prices and specifications before order is placed.All quotations offered by Rosnol are considered valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

All shipping and handling costs will be prepaid by the Buyer by being added to the order cost.Other arrangements specified by the Buyer must be approved by the Seller.

Unless shipping instructions accompany the order, we shall use our own judgment as to the best method of shipment. The price of our products includes packing, but does not include shipping cost.

Duties and customs charges shall be paid by the Buyer. Freight costs for international shipments being shipped via a freight forwarder is calculated to the destination airport.

Delivery time quoted is based on the date of the order accepted by the Seller. The Seller shall not be liable for delays resulting in its inability to fulfill its contractual obligation hereunder when the causes thereof are beyond the reasonable control of the Seller. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of public enemy, acts of civil or military authority, or governmental priorities.

Title and risk of loss or damage to the goods sold hereby shall pass to Buyer upon delivery of goods to a common carrier or freight forwarder nominated by the Buyer. FCA Point shall be Point of Shipment.

Claims for shortages must be made to the Seller in writing within 30 days after the date of shipment from the Seller's plant. All goods become the property of the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for goods lost in transit or damage must be made immediately against carrier by the Buyer.

Purchase order may be cancelled or changed by the Buyer only with written approval from the Seller. Buyer is liable for the actual labor costs and expenses for work in process and raw material committed from the date of Seller's Order Acknowledgement. All orders submitted for cancellation within 20 days of scheduled shipment date will be subject to 100% cancellation cost.

Seller shall have no obligation to commence any extra or changed work relating to the change order without a written agreement as to adjustments to contract price and delivery schedules effective thereby.

Seller warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of shipment. All returns must be authorized by the Seller and given a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to their return. The limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace any products or parts at Seller's option and shall not extend to any incidental or consequential damages there from. In no event shall Seller be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages for breach of warranty. Seller shall have the right of final determination as to the existence and cause of a defect, whether adjustment will be allowed, and if allowed, whether adjustment will be by repair, replacement, or refund.
